iPhone 7 Hidden Headphone Jack – Apple made the announcement earlier this year that the iPhone 7 would no longer include a traditional 3.55 mm headphone jack. Instead, Apple announced the phone would come with a set of Apple earbuds designated to plug into the phones lightning connector port.

Since then, the internet had been circulating an image suggesting that the headphone jack is still present on the new phones but “hidden behind the casing” and could be accessed by drilling a small hole in the devices shell:
